A - Any home can be transformed regardless of age, size or current condition, even homes that appear to be designer perfect can be improved upon thru the eyes of a buyer. 

Q - Can we use the furniture we have now or do we have to purchase all new furniture?

A - We can work wonders with what you already own. Simply by bringing in a few well chosen large scale items, we can transform any room. 

Q - What if our home is currently listed with another Realtor^®?

A - We will simply charge for our services and you, the home owner, may pay our fee.  Or, in some cases, your current Realtor^® will be happy to pay our fee. Remember, when your home sells for more and faster your Realtor^® will be thrilled!

Q - Is Home Staging® expensive?

A - No! Remember, Staging® is primarily to get your property sold, even though we do complete interior design for those who request it.
